STARS Introduces the Captain's Menu

We are excited to introduce the new Captain's Menu available every Friday and Saturday at STARS Restaurant! An homage to the Watermen of the Eastern Shore, this new menu features an impressive Seafood Tower highlighting popular East Coast catches. Featured are Harris Creek Oysters, Virginia Clams, Ocean City Scallops, Maine Lobster and North Carolina Shrimp all presented with an array of various sauces. These selections can be enjoyed together in the Seafood Tower or A La Carte within the Captain's Menu.
