Join Executive Chef Paul and acclaimed chef and restaurateur Chef Bruce Moffett for an intimate multi-course dinner inspired by dishes from Chef Bruce’s cookbook, Bruce Moffett Cooks: A New England Kitchen.

Chef Bruce is the owner of the Moffett Restaurant Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he oversees several award-winning restaurants known for their seasonal ingredients and refined approach to classic cuisine.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu while hearing directly from both chefs, as Chef Bruce shares the inspiration behind the original dishes and Chef Paul presents his interpretation of them.
